Clear Acoustic Design Welcomes You to Our New Blog!
To kick off our blog we thought we would keep things light and fun, because the last year has been anything but fun, in the midst of a global pandemic.
We are acoustic consultants by trade, but like most other acoustic consultants we once wanted to be rock stars. That ship soon sailed and thoughts about a 'normal' career followed. Guitars were replaced by sound level meters and the rest is history. The love of music still remains however, but now it is well mixed with concrete slabs, steel frames, facades, acoustic panelling, and curtain walling.
The following track was recorded by the Clear Acoustic Design Band and gave us some welcome respite during the first lockdown. The song starts with a sparse acoustic arrangement, but slowly builds throughout into a big wall of electric guitars.
Please let us know what you think! The cheesy effects are there to add a bit of life to the otherwise still image, and also adds a certain gloomy mood to the already dark sounding music.
